In the supply chain & logistics sector, we shape the electric world of tomorrow – shape it with us! We are looking for a yard management employee (m/w/d) for our logistics center in Hammersbach on an indefinite contract, starting immediately.

Your tasks:

• Coordinate the entire yard operation and ensure that trailer, intermodal, and truck movements on the premises run smoothly.
• In the yard disposition, you plan arrivals and departures, assign parking spaces, and ensure efficient traffic flow.
• In daily contact with drivers and freight forwarders, you receive external drivers, give clear instructions, and clarify delivery and pickup processes.
• In gate management, you register, check documents and vehicles, and reliably record all relevant data in the system.
• You work closely with the warehouse, goods receipt, goods issue, and disposition to ensure optimal material flow.
• Empty pallet management is also part of your responsibility.

You bring experience in working in an operational unit – you know how important structured processes and good coordination are in daily business. Initial knowledge of transport planning is advantageous but not required – what is important is that you want to develop here. Routine in using MS-Office and common applications as well as SAP knowledge (WM, EWM) would be great, alternatively you bring the motivation to learn.

Good English skills to communicate confidently in an international environment. Willingness to work shifts. A high level of customer and process orientation completes your profile.
