Team CDL-A Truck Driver

Pay: $106,700 – $130,400 annually (average $2,280 per week).
Pay increases at 1 and 2 years on accounts.
$500 new‑hire transition bonus paid in full on the second paycheck.
$3,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver referred.
$250 per day for a two‑day paid orientation.
Average weekly mileage: 5,000–6,000 miles. 99% no‑touch freight on consistent, dedicated routes.

• Run over‑the‑road routes to customer locations in IL, PA, IA, TX, and other areas as needed.
• Be home every 2–3 weeks.
• Operate a tractor‑trailer with a CDL‑A license, including hazmat endorsement.
• Drive safely during both day and night shifts.

• Hazmat endorsement required.
• Minimum 21 years old.
• Minimum six months of recent tractor‑trailer experience plus at least three months of verifiable recent team experience within the last three years.
• Valid CDL‑A (ADOT qualified).
• Must pass a comprehensive drug test.
• Satisfactory safety and employment history.
