You do not have to have cryogenic experience, but you must have HAZMAT and tanker endorsements to qualify.

• First‑year pay ranges from $80,000 to $106,000. Starting drivers earn $300/day, with an increase of $3/day every six months up to a cap of $324/day. Training a driver after one year earns an additional $100/day.
• Full training on cryogenic deliveries is provided at $125/day and concludes with a $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
• Full benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, vision, dental, PTO, 401k, and cell‑phone reimbursement.
• Drivers are assigned to an account for 1–6 months anywhere in the continental U.S., running 21 days on the road and 7 days pany pays for return flight home.
• Drivers receive a one‑week orientation. After orientation, they are assigned a truck and begin shadow training (driver and trainer each use their own truck). Trucks are newly model 579 Peterbilt and are 100% assigned to drivers.
• Benefits include affordable health coverage, 401k with matching, and one full week of PTO in the first 52 weeks.

• Drive 21 days and be home 7 days per assignment.
• Willingness to drive anywhere in the continental U.S. and fly home for home time.
• Maintain a clean driving record and never fail a DOT drug test or SAP.

• One year of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional driving experience within the last 3 years, with some tanker experience.
• Hazmat and tanker endorsements; tanker or cryogenic experience facilitates hiring.
• No SAP status; no failed or refused drug test.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five jobs in the last 3 years to avoid job hopping.
