Forklift Operator; FLC

Responsibilities

• Using manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist drivers in loading and unloading trucks.
• Loading and unloading materials using hand truck, reach truck, or forklift.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and identifying discrepancies in receiving loads against manifest.
• Picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting products, and ensuring timeliness, packaging, and system accuracy.
• Identifying and annotating overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
• Safely operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Reading and following detailed instructions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ensuring a safe and secure work environment, including all TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Ability to use forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding/shrink‑wrap material.
• Experience using an RF scan gun.
• Previous forklift certifications preferred.
• Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends.
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions.
• Ability to work well with others with little supervision.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. unassisted.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

Previous warehouse experience preferred – 1 year experience. Position requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequently stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, bending, and lifting objects above the head. Employees must regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds unassisted and use pallet jacks and forklifts.

Wednesday through Sunday 5pm to 2am.

$19 to $20 per hour. Anticipated starting salary range; subject to market conditions.
