The core of our team, Drivers have the compassion to treat patients with dignity, the desire to help the team succeed, and the attitude to help customers and teammates at a moment's notice.

Not only do Zip Care drivers safely drive students, senior citizens, and community members to their destinations, but our team provides door-to-door service to ensure our customer needs are met.

• Class E Drivers license with "S" endorsement
• Experience in customer service roles
• Clean driving record and background check

No team functions without a strong quarterback. Dispatch sees our whole team in action and helps drivers navigate the best way to help patients get to their destinations.

Each Dispatch member uses our routing technology to plan driver routes, monitor routes, handle unexpected challenges, and respond to inquiries from drivers and customers.

• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-moving environment

Our operation would not be successful without the routing department. The routing team is in charge of mastering our dispatch routing software, optimizing the way our routes run, and assigning trips to our Zip Care drivers.

In this role, you will play an instrumental part in the day-to-day execution s role is perfect for someone who is looking to take on a leadership role, has experience with using routing software, and has experience in the dispatch world.
