Provide SMART customer service at all times through store policies and programs;
Plan and coordinate delivery activities, print loading tickets, and deliver merchandise on schedule;
Inspect products before loading and assist customers with loading;
Ensure loads are safe, secure, and DOT compliant; perform daily vehicle inspections and DOT reporting;
Unload, install, and test appliances upon delivery
