• Run pick/pull/pack reports from the ERP system (AS400) and make shipping boxes from flat stock.
• Verify part numbers and obtain signed shipping documents.
• Pack and seal shipping boxes, prepare for necessary logistics, and make shipping labels.
• Drive company vehicles to logistic carrier locations, vendor deliveries, and pickups.
• Pick, pack, palletize, and stretch wrap all customer orders that are due to ship each day.
• Create all shipping documents for customer orders.
• Arrange and schedule freight trucks to pick up customer orders.
• Invoice customer orders.
• Perform material handling as needed for manufacturing.
• Weigh (verify count) all product shipped to vendors and create shipping documents.
• Weigh (verify count) all product returning from vendors.
• Open, maintain, and receive product on purchase orders for all product items.
• Open and maintain work orders.
• Enter data for production.
• Supply the assembly department with customer box labels.
• Receive and check in product from vendors, verifying against pack lists.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Receive incoming and raw materials and supplies.
• Examine incoming materials to verify completeness and accuracy against shipping documents.
• Disassemble wooden or cardboard containers and remove materials from containers.
• Count, examine, weigh and check against shipping documents or material transfer forms.
• Fill out reports to document shortages and damaged material received.
• Maintain records of materials and supplies received.
• Move goods to the corresponding destination or to storage.
• Count, examine, weigh and check incoming materials and supplies for damage and completeness against shipping documents.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficient with Windows operating system and Windows Office.
• Experience with AS400 or similar MRP system is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work well at all levels of the organization.
• Motivated and capable of dealing with changing priorities.
• Lifting and moving boxes.
• Bending and stooping to wrap and band pallets for shipping.
• Ability to stand, walk for long periods, and lift heavy items.
• Fluent reading and writing in English.
• Some overtime may be required (Monday–Saturday).
• Forklift experience and/or certification.

MIN: $17.00–$20.00
