Delivery Drivers Needed

We are seeking reliable and professional Delivery Drivers.

Drivers report each morning to the Fed Ex Ground terminal in Strafford, MO to pick up daily route packages.

We are hiring safe drivers with excellent customer service skills, who are self-motivated, and dependable.

Full Time

Shifts:

Monday-Saturday with Sunday and another rotating day off.

• Competitive pay - $20-$25 per hour (with raises yearly)
• Safety and Performance Bonus available weekly
• Full Time drivers eligible for Health, Dental, and Vision, after 60 days.
• Full Time drivers eligible for 401K with company Match available after 60 days
• 5 days Paid Time Off after 1 year
• Christmas Peak Season Service Bonus, paid for work during Nov
  - Dec, Peak Delivery Period

• Drive a company owned truck, following our strict safety standards on and off the road.
• Excellent customer service.
• Use company owned technology to manage the delivery process in a quick and safe manner.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
  - Class E endorsement required.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must pass a DOT Drug Screen.
• Must pass a DOT Physical - able to lift packages up to 150 lbs, equipment provided to assist.

We are a family-oriented Contractor for Fed Ex Ground, operating out of the Springfield MO terminal. We specialize in pick-up and delivery services to homes and businesses, with safety being our number one priority. We provide full time and part time positions as well training for drivers.
