• Regional Truck Drivers can earn up to $110,000 in the first year.
• Weekly home time and consecutive days off each week.

• Uphold Walmart’s safety, integrity, and professionalism standards every mile.
• Plan daily routes, set priorities, communicate clearly, and keep freight moving safely and on time.
• Handle required paperwork and electronic logs, following DOT, state, and company guidelines.
• Safely operate tractor-trailer, inspecting vehicle before, during, and after trips.
• Run optimized routes by following traffic laws and local restrictions to reduce delays and improve on-time delivery.

• Interstate (Class
  
  A) CDL with Hazmat endorsement (or obtain within 120 days of hire) with cleared background check.
• Minimum of 30 months of full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving experience in the last 3 years (or completion of Walmart Fleet Development Academy).
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 10 years.
• No preventable fatality or catastrophic injury in driving history.
• Must live within 250 miles of the assigned facility or be willing to establish residence within 250 miles within 90 days of hire.

* The preventability of any accidents will be determined by Walmart based on the ATA Guidelines.
