Auto Zone Delivery Driver role overview: no CDL required, company-provided vehicles, customer service and delivery responsibilities in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, on-time deliveries to commercial customers; load and unload parts per route schedules.
• Maintain delivery operations, follow company policies, and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and PPE requirements to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance per company requirements
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful
• Hazmat endorsement preferred
