Uni Group is seeking a Driver Manager to oversee its contract truckman/truckload fleet and ensure loads are planned, assigned, and executed efficiently to maximize fleet utilization and service performance.
This individual contributor role partners with independent contractors, agents, dispatchers, van operators, payroll, and other teams to coordinate equipment, assign loads, support drivers, and resolve operational challenges while maintaining safety and schedule adherence.
