Capital Quarries is seeking to fill an Equipment Operator position for our Traveling Stripping Crew. This position consists of fluctuating hours, up to 10-hour days. Currently, this is a traveling position based out of Hermann/Danville MO.

• Dirt removal
• Run 40-ton articulated truck
• Operating equipment in a safe and efficient manner under varying weather conditions, while exposed to dampness, fumes, dust, electrical, mechanical, and traffic hazards.
• Being knowledgeable in the operation of multiple pieces of industry-related equipment.
• Routine maintenance on the equipment, including keeping equipment clean and operable.
• Communicate with the foreman and coworkers about the daily job specifications.
• Perform general labor duties when necessary.
• Due to changes and modifications in the job from time to time, employees are required to be flexible and assume other responsibilities assigned by management as deemed necessary.

• Equipment experience, including Dozer, Haul Truck, Wheel Loader, Excavator
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Valid drivers license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Weekends and travel required, as needed
