Job Summary:

D& Logistics is seeking reliable and motivated full-time Package and Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of packages to homes and businesses within an assigned route. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Fed Ex delivery vehicle and follow all traffic laws and company policies.
• Load and unload packages efficiently while ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Deliver packages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers.
• Accurately log deliveries using a handheld scanner.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding any delivery issues or delays.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass 10-panel drug test
• Ability to pass a DOT physical exam.
• Experience in Driving but not required
• CDL not required
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs with a hand truck and handle repetitive lifting and carrying.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Schedule:

• Full-time schedule (5-6 days per week, including weekends if needed).
• Start time: 7:00
• End time:
  Until route completion.
