The Opportunity

As Captain on a Gulfstream G600, you’ll set the tone for safety, professionalism, and service on every mission. You’ll lead a refined Part 91 operation, uphold exacting standards, and represent Clay Lacy Aviation with poise and precision on the ground and in the air.

• Serve as Captain on the Part 91 Gulfstream G600, ensuring the highest levels of safety and service.
• Operate in full compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations, company operations manual, operations specifications, standard operating procedures, and all company policies.
• Exercise sound judgment and situational awareness across planning, execution, and post-flight phases.
• Perform additional duties and job-related assignments as requested to support the flight department.
• Adapt as duties, responsibilities, and activities evolve over time.

• Total Time: 3,500+ hours
• Pilot-in-Command: 2,000+ hours
• Turbine Time: 1,000+ hours
• Certificates: FAA ATP and Gulfstream G-VII type rating
• Time on Type: 200+ hours in the G600/GVII
• Residence:
  Within a two-hour driving distance of Van Nuys, CA, or willingness to relocate
• Travel Eligibility:
  Unrestricted ability to travel to EU, Canadian, and Caribbean countries
• Professional Standards:
  Demonstrated procedural precision, CRM excellence, and strong situational awareness (evaluation required)

• Salary range of $300,000 to $330,000
