OverviewLocation:
Los Angeles, CA | Full-Time, Onsite | DOE
Lead our warehouse team and streamline daily operations. Join a global, female-owned accessory brand, and make an impact every day.
Responsibilities- Receive, store, pick, and ship products efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory and fix discrepancies
- Lead cycle counts and improve inventory accuracy
- Train, motivate, and supervise warehouse staff
- Ensure equipment is safe and well-maintained
- Handle staffing, hiring, and team building
- Work with QC/QA for inventory approvals
- 3–5 years warehouse management or supervision
- Proficient with WMS/IMS systems
- Knowledge of warehouse SOPs (receiving, picking, packing)
- Experience with cycle counts and reconciliation
- Understanding of OSHA and warehouse safety
- Strong team leadership and communication skills
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience in e-commerce or fast-moving consumer goods
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- First shift, Monday–Friday, onsite
- PTO, Sick Days, Health Care, 401(k) match, Paid Holidays
