Routing Clerk; 1st Shift

The Role

The Routing Clerk position is responsible to provide administrative support for Supervisors and Managers of their specific department and their staff. Responsibilities include creating and generating daily reports and providing administrative support to staff as needed.

This position is open to applicants located in or willing to move to Groveport, OH.

• Track and log all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses.
• Accept deliveries of company products and store them accordingly.
• Order and restock new supplies.
• Receive customer and client orders.
• Pack and ship orders for delivery.
• Inspect all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.
• Report and return damaged product.
• Use WMS (Warehouse Management Software) programs to monitor inventory and balance accounts.
• Keep warehouse area clean and organized.
• Report to warehouse supervisor or management to alert them of any issues.

• Must be able to adapt to change by working within different departments as needed.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics accurately including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
• Must be able to accurately and readily fill out forms and paperwork.
• Reliable attendance is an essential requirement to perform the job successfully.
• Computer skills: WMS Warehouse Software, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of RF technology.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-6 months of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms.
• The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
• Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
• Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.
• Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel Required.

This is a full-time position. As an international retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role may operate in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. This role may also operate in a warehouse environment subject to inside environmental conditions with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.

This role may also be subject to loud noise due to conveyor systems and material handling equipment and routinely uses standard personal protective equipment.
