Warehouse & Delivery Support Specialist
Department: Flooring

We are a family-owned construction company looking for a dependable Warehouse & Delivery Support Specialist to help keep our operations running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role supporting Installers, Sales, and Operations with warehouse duties and occasional jobsite deliveries.

Load and unload flooring and insulation materials safely

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand dollies, and other warehouse equipment

Drive company box trucks (14’ and 26’) as needed (not a full-time driving role)

Assist with deliveries, inventory, and warehouse organization

Complete paperwork accurately and maintain a clean, safe warehouse

Provide strong internal and external customer service

Ability to regularly lift up to 75 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)

Valid driver’s license required

Class B CDL required within 30 days of hire

Forklift experience preferred

Reliable, organized, and safety-focused

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$19–$22 per hour
