Position reports toWarehouse Manager
Primary purpose and function of positionPick orders nightly for the next day's delivery. Occasionally repack broken goods into clean new packages. Have more control over your income: the more cases you pick, the more you make!
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Build sideload, draught, bulk trucks as well as stage product Evaluate, clean and repack product into saleable cases
- Ensure proper repack standards are being met and notify the night warehouse manager of potential issues
- Repack, sort, organize, clean, verify and track repacked product as needed
- Stack and separate empty kegs and pallets
- Communicate with supervisors and co‑workers in a courteous and professional manner
- Restock all product pick locations, including floor, static, and carton flow racking
- Clean warehouse as directed
- Maintain warehouse product rotation standards
- Adhere to and follow all safety processes and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED certificate required
- Night loading experience preferred
- Highly self‑motivated with a positive attitude
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as part of the night loading team
- Willing to be forklift certified
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to: repetitively handling cases of beer, reaching above head height, climbing, bending, twisting, squatting and kneeling
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push or pull package product weighing up to 165 pounds
- Regular and reliable attendance required
- Required to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
- Ability to pass a required pre‑employment physical, background and drug screening
