Job Description ###

Job Summary Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Lead Hand plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This hands-on leadership position is responsible for coordinating and supporting warehouse team members on the afternoon shift while ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support warehouse team members during order picking and truck loading activities for daily deliveries
* Communicate operational concerns, inventory discrepancies, or workflow issues to management
* Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order-related or shipping issues
* Verify order accuracy prior to shipment and loading
* Assist with order picking, loading, unloading, and material handling activities as required
* Perform inventory cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
* Provide hands-on operational coverage during team absences or peak periods
* Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
* Support general facility upkeep and preventative maintenance activities
* Load, unload, move, and store products manually or using material handling equipment
* Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and related tools
* Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas
* Use computerized inventory systems to manage product movement and inventory records
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
* Ensure facility security procedures are followed at the end of shift
* Complete shift reports and related documentation
* Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred
* Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer service focused with a positive and professional attitude
* Comfortable using computers and inventory management systems
* Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and material handling tools
* Ability to lift up to 22 kg (50 lbs.) on a regular basis
* Comfortable working at heights, bending, crouching, kneeling, and performing physically demanding tasks
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy with inventory and order fulfillment processes

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour### Benefits
