Overview
As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick‑fil‑A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick‑fil‑A Supply St. Louis, MO Distribution Center in Maryland Heights, MO. Chick‑fil‑A Supply strives to be a caring distribution center with scheduling, pay and benefits that demonstrate care for our team members.
ScheduleMonday through Saturday from 7:00 AM until the work is done.
- 4‑day workweek (4 10‑hour days)
- The schedule will be assigned according to business needs; flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Pay$21.75 per hour

- Work in extreme temperatures (–10 °F to 100 °F) to keep food safe.
- Lift up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift; occasional mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) to follow verbal instructions, complete documentation, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications.
- Prior warehouse or material‑handling experience preferred; previous food‑distribution experience is a plus.
