• Break down crates and compact cardboard using designated equipment
• Remove trash, recycling, and surplus materials throughout the facility
• Report maintenance issues and request supplies as needed
• Sweep and maintain parking lots, walkways, and exterior areas
• Remove hazardous obstacles to help ensure a safe work environment
• Assist with warehouse organization and material storage
• Safely handle cleaning products, sanitizers, and flammable materials
• Support the warehouse team with operational tasks assigned by the Warehouse/Operations/General Managers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant workplace

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of custodial, porter, or facility maintenance experience preferred
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety procedures
• Understanding of OSHA standards and safe work practices
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Professional, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation and push/pull up to 150 lbs. using carts/dollies
• Perform frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and manual tasks
• Use cleaning equipment, compactors, and manual tools as required, safely and effectively
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for designated tasks
