Position Overview

Hire Level is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our Shipping & Receiving Department in an entry-level role
. This position is designed as a structured training opportunity for individuals who want to build skills in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and logistics.

This role serves as the foundation for advancement within the department. Employees who demonstrate accuracy, productivity, and reliability are expected to progress to Shipping/Receiving II within approximately six months, with a corresponding pay increase.

Entry Level – Previous warehouse or shipping experience is helpful but not required.

• Pull and pack customer orders accurately using packing lists and invoices
• Verify items before shipment to ensure order accuracy
• Assist in preparing shipping labels and documentation using internal systems
• Ensure shipments are packaged securely to prevent damage in transit
• Assist with receiving and restocking incoming inventory
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations
• Follow all safety procedures and department standards
• Monitor packaging supplies (boxes, tape, labels) and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
• Safely operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Communicate any order discrepancies or concerns to supervisors

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new systems
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
