The Role

As a Fulfillment Center Associate at , you are a vital part of our Fulfillment‑as‑a‑Service operations. You’ll work across various warehouse functions to ensure timely, accurate, and high‑quality order fulfillment. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork to support our clients and customers.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Restock inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics.
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership.
• Identify and report safety concerns or process inefficiencies.
• Assist with special projects such as kitting and promotional packaging.

• No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and work hard.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and machinery.
• Able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the shift.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
