Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is in charge of loading & unloading materials using a hand truck, reach truck, or forklift. They are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment and identifying any discrepancies in receiving loads against the manifest.
Essential Functions- Utilize the manifest to pull routes, stage freight, and assist drivers to load and unload trucks.
- Perform material handling duties such as picking, packing, scanning, kitting (as applicable), counting products, and other similar tasks.
- Ensure timeliness, accurate packaging, and proper completion of system work.
- Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
- Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment in compliance with TSA and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding/shrink wrap material.
- Experience using an RF scan gun (required).
- Previous forklift certification preferred.
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends.
- Strong reading and comprehension of work instructions.
- Team player with ability to work independently.
- High attention to detail.
- Capability to lift 50+ lbs unassisted.
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- One year of prior warehouse experience preferred.
This position requires standing and walking for extended periods. Employees must frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, reach, bend, and lift objects above their head. Regular lifting or moving of up to 50 lbs unassisted and the use of pallet jacks and forklifts is required.

$20.00 – $21.00
The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
