Warehouse Associate

R&R Solutions is hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for our Noel, MO facility. We offer a stable daytime schedule with a consistent starting wage and a comprehensive benefits package. In this role, you will handle standard distribution operations alongside specialized technical tasks, such as disassembling electronic units and logging inventory into our tracking system. We operate a fast-paced, safety-first environment focused on teamwork and efficiency.

• Material Handling:
  Receive, sort, put away, load, and unload products.
• Order Prep:
  Prepare and pack orders accurately, inspecting products for defects or damage.
• Equipment Operation:
  Move inventory safely throughout the warehouse using dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Technical Logging:
  Disassemble self-checkout machinery and accurately document components in our XPM inventory system.
• Safety & Organization:
  Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to all warehouse safety protocols.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Prior warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Certifications:
  
  Forklift or heavy machinery certification is a plus (onsite training available).
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to consistently lift, push, and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

  Skills:
  
  Basic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and inventory tracking software.

  Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
