Warehouse Associate

R&R Solutions is hiring a Full‑Time Warehouse Associate for our Noel, MO facility. We offer a stable daytime schedule with a consistent starting wage and a comprehensive benefits package. In this role, you will handle standard distribution operations alongside specialized technical tasks, such as disassembling electronic units and logging inventory into our tracking system. We operate a fast‑paced, safety‑first environment focused on teamwork and efficiency.

• Material Handling: Receive, sort, put away, load, and unload products.
• Order Prep: Prepare and pack orders accurately, inspecting products for defects or damage.
• Equipment Operation: Move inventory safely throughout the warehouse using dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Technical Logging: Disassemble self‑checkout machinery and accurately document components in our XPM inventory system.
• Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to all warehouse safety protocols.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Prior warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Certifications: Forklift or heavy machinery certification is a plus (onsite training available).
• Physical Requirements: Ability to consistently lift, push, and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
