Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, verify and report discrepancies or damaged materials and supplies against receiving documents; store and stack materials to prescribed methods.
- Fulfill daily customer orders, prepare transportation documents, and deliver materials and supplies to end users and/or departments.
- Operate Power Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as electric pallet jacks and various forklift equipment.
- Assist with systemwide electronic computer inventory management system data entry, reporting functions, and electronic inventory reconciliation process.
- Work with ordering department to assist in the ordering process.
- Cycle count supplies as needed.
- Assist Humanitarian partners with disaster supplies when needed.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record required (up to 25% travel).
- Certified forklift operation required.
- Basic reading, writing, communication, math, and computer skills required.
- Ability to work on a team.
- 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred.
Requires standing, stretching, stooping, and bending for extended periods; lifting, pulling, pushing, and moving objects of up to 50 pounds; may work in walk‑in refrigerator/freezers for periods of time; may be required to wear protective clothing such as lab coats, gloves, face shields, etc.
