Logistics Supervisor – Santa Ana, CA
Responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations across multiple logistics departments, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient product flow while maintaining FIFO inventory practices, a safety culture, and meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Reports to the Logistics Manager.
Onsite RequirementThis role requires you to be onsite in the office five days per week.
What You’ll Do- Supervise and coordinate daily activities across multiple departments.
- Communicate SLA performance to department leads and elevate issues to management as needed.
- Champion a safety‑first culture by enforcing company policies and best practices.
- Foster a positive, accountable work environment with clear expectations and open communication.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and evaluating the performance of direct reports.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a multi‑department environment.
- Solid understanding of FIFO principles and familiarity with SLA & KPI tracking.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays as operations demand.
- Bending, twisting, and squatting.
- Computer use: typing, mouse work, and prolonged sitting while looking at a computer.
- Exposure to machinery noise, e.g., from forklifts or presses.
- Hearing: ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
- Lifting and carrying: ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 lbs.
- Sitting or standing: ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Temperature and humidity: occasional exposure to warehouse environments with fluctuations.
- Walking: ability to walk for long periods.
$70,000–$75,000, varying by location, experience, and skill set. Eligibility for bonuses and other compensation may apply.
