Warehouse Manager, Distribution/ General Warehouse
Imperial is in search of a self-directed Shipping Supervisor who will oversee all outbound shipping operations to ensure customer orders are shipped accurately, on time, and in compliance with company, customer, and carrier requirements. This position leads shipping personnel, manages daily workflows, coordinates with production and customer service teams, and drives continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.

- Location: Onsite – Bourbon, Mo.
- Own daily shipping activities for domestic and international orders
- Lead and manage a team of 3 leads and 10‑12 direct reports
- Serve as a key point of support to the Warehouse Manager, stepping in during absences or when additional coverage is needed
- Maintain shipment accuracy within WMS and ERP systems
- Track KPIs and identify areas for process improvement
- Support cycle count investigations related to shipping errors
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment
- Utilize Net Suite and Depo Cto to manage shipping and inventory processes
- Schedule labor resources to meet daily workload demands
- Conduct regular coaching and development conversations with team members
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Follow and enforce all company policies
- 3+ Years of Warehouse/distribution experience required
- WMS experience required
- Supervisory experience in a distribution center environment required
- Experience with Net Suite and/or Depo Cto preferred
- Strong leadership presence — able to direct, motivate, and hold a team accountable under pressure
- Knowledge of parcel, LTL, FTL, and international shipping processes
- High level of ownership and flexibility — willing and able to step up as needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer or workstation
- Ability to use hands and fingers to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and keyboards
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via electronic communication
- Occasional ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move throughout the facility, including walking, bending, and reaching as needed
- Visual acuity sufficient to read screens, documents, and reports
