Renaissance Historic Exteriors | Fenton, MO | Full-Time, Hourly | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Saturdays as required by schedule demands.

Every landmark we restore starts in our warehouse. State Capitols Century-old churches. Buildings on the National Register of Historic Places. Since 1992, Renaissance Historic Exteriors has restored the roofs and exteriors America can't afford to lose — with natural slate, clay tile, copper, and heavy timber.

None of that happens if the right materials don't reach the right crew at the right time.

As our Crew Support/Warehouse Laborer, you're the engine behind our Fenton operation — receiving rare and specialty roofing materials, staging crews for success every morning, and keeping tile and slate moving from our yard to job sites across the region.

• The materials are anything but ordinary. You'll handle natural slate, historic clay tile, and specialty materials most warehouse workers never touch — some of it destined for buildings over a century old.
• You're not stuck inside all day. Deliveries to active job sites, vendor pickups, yard work — this role moves.
• Your ideas count. Spot a better way to organize the yard or stage a load? We want to hear it — and we'll let you run with it.
• Real stability. We've been at this since 1992, and many of our people have been here 10, 15, 20+ years.

• Load and unload all freight safely and efficiently as part of the warehouse team.
• Inspect every delivery for damage — document issues and notify the right people fast.
• Receive and inventory materials for tile/slate sales and roofing operations.
• Prepare and package orders for tile/slate sales and roofing projects.
• Keep the warehouse, storage yard, and parking areas clean, organized, and running right.
• Spot problems in the warehouse and yard — then bring solutions and help put them in place.

• Prep materials and equipment for every job, every day — our crews start strong because you set them up.
• Load and unload trailers properly and safely.
• Keep equipment in good working order.
• Deliver materials to job sites and pick up from vendors as needed.
• Bring operational improvement ideas to your supervisor.

• Jump in to solve problems as they come up.
• Help fill gaps across the operation when and where you're needed.
• Build procedures that stop recurring problems for good.

• Dependable, safety-minded, and self-motivated — you don't wait to be told twice.
• Comfortable with physical work: lifting, loading, and staying on the move.
• Organized with a sharp eye for detail — damaged freight doesn't get past you.
• A problem solver who takes pride in a clean, well-run yard.
• Valid driver's license for job site deliveries and vendor pickups.
• Bonus points:
  
  forklift experience, prior warehouse/logistics work, or a construction background.
