As Dockmaster General, 1st Shift at GXO Logistics, you will oversee dock operations for our transportation and warehousing facility. You'll coordinate inbound and outbound freight, assign dock doors, manage trailer flow and ensure accurate, on-time loading and unloading. Partnering with drivers, carriers and warehouse teams, you'll maintain safety, compliance and inventory accuracy. You'll use WMS and scheduling tools to prioritize loads, resolve exceptions and keep operations running smoothly while supporting GXO's performance-driven, collaborative culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
