2nd Shift

GFL Environmental seeks a 2nd Shift Operations Associate to support safe, efficient waste management activities in a fast-paced facility. You will coordinate inbound and outbound materials, assist with routing and scheduling, complete logs and basic reporting, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Working closely with drivers and facility staff, you'll maintain clean, organized work areas and respond to operational issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support 2nd shift operations for waste and recycling processing
• Coordinate inbound and outbound materials, routing, and basic scheduling
• Complete logs, tickets, and electronic records accurately and on time
• Follow all safety, PPE, and environmental compliance procedures
• Communicate with drivers, supervisors, and facility staff to resolve issues
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
• Assist with basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs
• Contribute to a safety-first, team-oriented culture and continuous improvement
