Parts Runner

Position Summary

The Parts Runner supports daily operations by delivering, picking up, and organizing parts and materials between vendors, job sites, and company locations. This role is essential to keeping technicians and projects on schedule by ensuring the right parts arrive at the right place on time.

Pick up and deliver parts, supplies, and materials from vendors, warehouses, and job sites

Verify parts orders for accuracy and report shortages or errors

Maintain delivery logs and obtain required signatures or documentation

Assist with organizing, stocking, and tracking inventory as needed

Communicate delays, issues, or urgent needs to supervisors promptly

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicles (if assigned)

Follow all safety procedures, traffic laws, and company policies

Frequent driving and movement between locations

Standing, walking, lifting, and carrying items throughout the day

Exposure to warehouse, shop, or outdoor job site environments

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift and carry up to [75] pounds

Basic knowledge of automotive, construction, or service parts preferred

Strong time management and organizational skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
