- Maintains the safety and security of the warehouse.
- Secures the safety of the materials and/or equipment stored at the warehouse at all times.
- Conducts regular inventory of the materials/supplies kept at the warehouse.
- Performs other relevant tasks as assigned.
- Monitors receiving and issuance of materials at the warehouse.
- Checks invoices and delivery receipts; notifies the equipment control officer.
- Prepares purchase orders for needed materials and submits them to Purchasing.
- Maintains proper housekeeping inside and around the warehouse premises.
