Team Lead, Warehouse

• Lead and support warehouse associates in receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
• Assign and monitor work to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and quality compliance
• Load orders accurately according to appropriate doors and trailers
• Research shipping and receiving discrepancies
• Train new and existing associates on Standard Operating Procedures, including shipping, receiving, picking, and quality control
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and feedback
• Assist with problem-solving and elevate operational issues to the Supervisor or Manager
• Ensure proper equipment and PPE use and adherence to safety policies
• Perform quality and inventory checks to minimize errors and damages
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain communication between shifts and departments for smooth handoffs and workflow

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience working in a logistics, distribution, or relevant environment
• 2–3 years of forklift experience
• Current or prior MHE certification
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to complete job tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance
• Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Fluent in English, oral and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus
• Ability to use computer and telephone equipment
• Ability to perform required standing, walking, lifting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching as needed
• Minimal domestic and international travel may be required

Demonstrates expertise in warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Proficient in training and leading associates, with a strong focus on productivity and continuous improvement.
