The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support day-to-day site operations. This role is critical in ensuring inventory accuracy, smooth contract processing, and reliable administrative support across the business.
You’ll work closely with site teams, drivers, and internal stakeholders to keep systems up to date and operations running efficiently.
In this role, you will:
- Manage inventory and stocktakes, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and balance issues
- Support regular stocktake processes and reconciliation activities
- Raise and manage purchase orders, receipting, and general cost administration in line with company policies
- Provide site-based administrative support, including general back-end system updates
- Handle invoicing processes, including raising, reviewing, and correcting invoices
- Identify and resolve contract errors, ensuring data integrity and compliance
About you
- Previous experience in operations admin, logistics, or inventory coordination
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Confident working with systems, data, and reporting
- Experience supporting or participating in stocktakes and reconciliations
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with site, drivers and Finance team
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
