Our Automotive Parts Advisor plays a key role in that mission by providing expert guidance, accurate parts support, and outstanding customer care. - Assist customers and technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts
- Maintain and organize parts inventory for accuracy and efficiency
- Process parts orders, returns, and warranties
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to the service department
- Prior experience in automotive parts or service (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Strong computer skills (experience with dealership systems is a plus)
- A driven, customer‑first attitude
- Proficient in inventory management, POS, and retail sales with strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in inventory control, cash handling, and using a cash register
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, negotiation, and vehicle maintenance is a plus
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent
