We are a fast paced, well‑established repair shop specializing in rebuilding and repairing late‑model Ford Super Duty pickups. As a rebuilder, most of the repair work is on the pickups we sell. Fewer customers to manage and less time waiting for approvals means less time waiting around.

As a lead technician, your ability to be a self‑motivator and mentor to other colleagues and junior technicians will be a valuable asset to the team.

$60,000 – $100,000+ per year based on experience

• 5+ years of education/job experience
• Must be able to independently assess vehicle issues and know how to repair them
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues
• Experience in programming modules
• Good time management & problem‑solving skills
• Forward thinker on current and future repair vehicles
• Must have own tools
• Clean driving record & reliable transportation

• ASE certification is a plus
• Great verbal & written communication skills
• Have an eye for detail & cleanliness
• Model and coach safety
