Collision Estimator

Job Summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post-repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.

Up to $65,000-$100,000 per year, paid weekly.

• Write estimates
• Conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP and final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration
• Communicate post-repair plans and vehicle status updates to customers
• Comply with Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards

• Minimum 2+ years of collision estimating experience
• Sales experience preferred
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Valid driver’s license and eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
• Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser’s License

• Consistent physical activity: reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs
• Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
• Advanced understanding of repair processes and procedures
• Strong sales orientation
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Prioritization of competing tasks and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
