OVERVIEW The Director, University International Enrollment at the University of Delaware provides leadership for global enrollment initiatives and supports the university’s international education strategy. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Enrollment & Access, this role serves as the university’s primary expert in international recruitment and enrollment planning. The position contributes to university-wide international initiatives, partnership development, and international programming within higher education.
Keyresponsibilities
- Lead university-wide goals related to international enrollment
- Develop strategic international recruitment plans and initiatives
- Serve as the university’s primary international recruitment expert and strategist
- Oversee sponsored student recruitment activities
- Support global strategy initiatives across the university
- Manage international partnerships and collaborations
- Advise university leadership on international recruitment matters
- Expand partnerships with non-US institutions
- Foster relationships with international alumni
- Oversee administrative processes and budgets related to international enrollment initiatives
- Support international programming efforts across the university
- Participate broadly in internationally focused initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree with related professional experience
- Leadership experience in international education
- Expertise in international recruitment strategies
- Ability to collaborate with international institutions
- Understanding of international higher education systems
