Location: Mitchell School District – LB Williams, Gertie Belle Rogers, & Longfellow Elementary

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour (commensurate with experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, full school day (approx. 7 hours/day) on all student attendance days

The Mitchell School District is seeking reliable and enthusiastic individuals to provide small‑group academic tutoring in reading and math for K–5 students. This is a key role focused on helping students strengthen foundational skills and close learning gaps.

• Provide consistent, high‑impact tutoring (groups up to 5 students)
• Use district‑provided lesson plans and materials
• Track student progress and collaborate with teachers
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in elementary reading and math
• Strong communication, reliability, and organizational skills
• Education experience or college coursework preferred
