Position: Customer Experience Associate (Mitchell)

We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate to process financial transactions accurately and deliver excellent customer service. This role involves understanding customer needs, advising appropriate banking solutions, and maintaining a positive, equitable work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct.
  • Understand and determine customer needs to recommend tailored banking solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard activities as necessary.
  • Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes promptly and accurately.
  • Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.
  • Help build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
  • Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience; undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time-management skills suitable for a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet tools.
  • A self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • A dynamic communicator capable of connecting verbally and in writing with diverse audiences in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
  • Initiative and the ability to exercise discretion with confidential matters.
