Avera Health - Up to $26.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide direct, personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.;
Assist with bathing, dressing, transfers, ambulation, toileting, feeding, and related daily tasks.;
Take and document vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration, weight) and report changes to nursing staff.;
Assist with medical care activities per policies, including restorative exercises and specimen collection.;
Maintain a clean, safe environment; restock supplies; support families emotionally and spiritually; protect resident confidentiality.
