Entry Level Phlebotomist

At Vitalant, your impact is vital. As a Fixed Site or Mobile Phlebotomist you will create comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. As a Fixed Site Phlebotomist you will be in one of our fixed sites around the Metro Area; as a Mobile Phlebotomist you will have the opportunity to host blood drives around the region. After engaging in our 10‑week training program, you will have the opportunity to save lives every day and make a vital impact on your community.

Vitalant is offering a $2,000 hiring bonus for candidates who join our team in March 2026! Eligible new hires will receive $1,000 at six months of employment and an additional $1,000 at one year.

Monday through Friday, occasional weekends and 3 overnight stays per month (All expenses paid, and hotel room provided)

8 weeks of PAID training in Fargo, ND (Hotel room provided).

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel as required
