Blue Stone Therapy is launching a brand-new outpatient therapy program at Peaceful Pines of Mitchell in Mitchell, SD, and we re building our therapy team from the ground up.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing outpatient program while delivering individualized, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, pain, and functional performance
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Contribute to the growth and success of a new outpatient therapy program through teamwork and patient-centered service

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in South Dakota

• Strong orthopedic and functional assessment skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
• Positive attitude and desire to help build a growing outpatient practice
