• Providing outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, or a combination of populations
• Conducting intake assessments
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Maintaining timely, complete, and accurate clinical documentation
• Managing your schedule and caseload responsibly
• Communicating professionally with clients and members of the practice
• Upholding all ethical, legal, licensing, and professional standards of care

• You hold an active South Dakota license as a CSW-PIP, LPC-MH, LMFT, or equivalent independently licensed mental-health professional
• You value professional autonomy but do not want to do everything alone
• You are committed to ethical, thoughtful, client-centered care
• You have strong clinical judgment
• You follow through on documentation and professional responsibilities
• You are comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative environment
• You communicate openly, respectfully, and professionally
• You want to build a career that is sustainable for both you and your clients
• Experience with trauma-informed care is preferred but not required.

Pay: $60.00 - $120.00 per hour
