Talent Acquisition Recruiter

• Partner with Burlington Leadership, Human Resources and Hiring Managers to source, screen, interview and place candidates
• Promote the “Our Burlington” talent brand across social media channels and professional communities
• Guide hiring managers and candidates through the selection process
• Perform full lifecycle recruiting for Merchandising, Planning and Allocation, Merchandising Operations and other business areas
• Use in-person, digital and social media channels for candidate sourcing
• Use sourcing platforms, especially Linked In Recruiter
• Identify and engage passive and diverse talent
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain regular contact with candidates
• Maintain job postings in Workday ATS
• Extend and negotiate candidate offers and prepare candidates for their first day
• Understand business units and improve screening and selection processes
• Participate in internal talent management and succession planning with HR Business Partners
• Recommend recruiting strategies
• Build relationships with diverse professional organizations and universities

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter
• Background supporting corporate functions with a variety of skill sets
• Experience recruiting for openings at all levels
• Working knowledge of an ATS, such as Workday
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and strong business acumen
• Ability to understand how the recruiting function impacts the overall health of the business

Demonstrates expertise in full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various business areas. Proficient in utilizing ATS systems like Workday and leveraging social media for talent acquisition while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills.
