Desktop Support Technician

* About the Role
* We are seeking multiple Desktop Support Technicians to support a large-scale system implementation and technology refresh across a regional healthcare network. This team will assist with deploying new workstations, replacing outdated hardware, and supporting single sign-on badge rollouts across multiple locations.

* Key Responsibilities
* * Install, refresh, and configure desktops and laptops.

* Deploy new systems and assist with single sign-on badge setup.

* Support refresh efforts for 5,000+ devices.

* Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting.

* Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient deployment schedule.

* Deliver excellent customer support to clinical and administrative staff.

* Travel to satellite locations as required.

Skills & Qualifications
* * Experience with desktop support, hardware installation, and software setup.

* Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed.

* Strong troubleshooting skills; imaging/SCCM experience a plus.

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

* Ability to provide timely, accurate support and end-user training.

* Must pass drug and medical requirements.

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
