• Act as the primary point of contact for users experiencing help desk issues.
• Diagnose and resolve software problems and user inquiries related to manual data manipulation.
• Manage JIRA ticketing system, email, and data log spreadsheets to document incidents.
• Ensure seamless business operations for the Success data conversion project.
• Interact with DHS program areas and technical staff regarding business and IT needs.
• Receive, document, prioritize, and track support requests from phone, email, and chat portals.
• Escalate complex or recurring issues to supervisors for resolution.
• Communicate effectively to handle user frustration and convey clear policy resolutions.
• Diagnose root causes and document incidents for system enhancement opportunities.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with automated systems determining benefits for SNAP, TANF, or E&T.
• Experience with JIRA (documented change system) and Windows applications.
• Certified Professional Business Analyst (preferred).
