CHS Mitchell is seeking motivated individuals for a seasonal Grain Operations Specialist role from September 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027. You’ll support loading, unloading, and movement of grain and agricultural inputs, operating loaders, conveyors, and equipment while maintaining safety and accuracy in daily tasks.
The position emphasizes flexibility for peak seasons, with overtime opportunities and a strong safety culture. Prior agriculture exposure is preferred.
